PRESENTATION UPLOADS
Prior to filling this out, please make sure:
1) your YouTube videos are set to either "Public" or "Unlisted" and you have your YouTube URL.
2) if you are doing a poster you also have a 1 slide JPEG image (MAX. 20MB) to submit below.
